Rugby School Japan is the campus of England's well-established Rugby School in Japan and started its education life in 2023. Located in the Kashiwanoha region of Kashiwa city in the Chiba region of Japan, the school provides education to male and female students between the ages of 11 and 18. The language of education is English and the British education system is applied at the school from Year 7 to Year 13. While students follow the British curriculum at secondary school level, they continue the IGCSE program in Year 10–11 and the A Level program in Year 12–13.
The school offers both day and boarding education; Students can benefit from Weekly Boarding or Full Boarding options.

-School selective — admission; English proficiency is determined based on references, entrance exams and interviews.
-There is no fixed score requirement for English, but since the curriculum is entirely in English, age-appropriate fluent English is expected.
- Entry process: Pre-screening interview → CAT4 test (verbal, numerical, spatial, non-verbal reasoning) → Oxford English Placement Test → interview with senior teachers.
- Usually for Year 12 application At least 5 subjects with a B grade (Level 7) are required at IGCSE/O-Level; There is a requirement of at least B for the course to be studied at A-Level.
-Application is made through the online system (OpenApply); will not be considered until the application fee (40,000 JPY) is paid.
-The number of places is limited at each grade level; If it is full, a waiting list is applied.
-A student visa is required for students coming from abroad alone - the visa process takes approximately 3 months.
-Participation in an Open Day or campus tour is recommended before registration; There is also an online meeting option for those who are far away.

There are two basic boarding options at Rugby School Japan:
Weekly Boarding
The student stays in the school's boarding house during the week and returns home on the weekend.
Annual fee: ¥2,900,000
Full Boarding
The student stays in the school's boarding houses 7 days a week.
Annual fee: ¥3,200,000

included. Boarding students are included in the House System structure of the school. Each student belongs to a House and is in the same community with students from different age groups.
Food fees are billed separately (per semester):
Daytime: 67,620 – 93,380 JPY
Weekday boarding: 182,280 – 251,720 JPY
Full boarding: 244,020 – 336,980 JPY
Rugby School Japan is located in Kashiwanoha, Kashiwa City, Chiba district.
The school is approximately 30 minutes from central Tokyo by Tsukuba Express. The campus is located within Kashiwanoha Smart City, one of Japan's major smart city projects.
