I understand that I have read this Information Text and that, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, personal data of Günel Novruzova - NGGlobal Overseas Education and Consultancy Services. I accept, declare and undertake that I give permission in advance to collect, transfer, record, process and store by (referred to as NGGlobal) within the framework of the law and the principles set out in the explicit consent declaration form.
In accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698, NGGlobal provides personal and special personal data, detailed below, including those that determine or serve to determine my identity, given verbally/in writing and/or electronically by me, regarding the processing of my personal data and special personal data by NGGlobal. The data will be processed by NGGlobal and shared with other persons and organizations where sharing is mandatory within the scope of the relevant legislation, for the purpose of making and executing the contract and, if necessary, taking legal action; personal data and special personal data, I accept, declare and undertake that I consent to the processing of personal and special personal data detailed below, within the scope defined in the "Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698".

NGGlobal uses an e-mail address with the extension “ngGlobal.com.tr” and these e-mails are hosted by a service provider in Turkey. I declare that I am aware that the information contained in the correspondence is transferred to the service provider (even though it has stated that it cannot access its contents) and I accept this transfer.
I have read the consent text prepared by NGGlobal, except for the KVKK information text, and have requested that my personal data above be recorded and, if necessary, to the companies that the NGGlobal brand franchises, the school I have chosen abroad and NGGlobal's e-mail addresses with the extension "ngglobal.com.tr" in Turkey. I declare that I am aware that it is hosted by a service provider in , and that the information in our e-mail correspondence is transferred to the service provider (even though it has stated that it cannot access its contents), and I accept this transfer;
