Schiller International University General Information About

Founded in 1964 by Dr. Walter Leibrecht, Schiller International University is a private American university that actively promotes and develops internationalism. Inspired by the teaching approach in Europe, Dr. Leibrecht, a philosophy professor in the United States, created a similar approach to personalized teaching in the American university system. This approach was first used at Schiller International University.

This exciting global growth trend has continued, and to date, Schiller International University has educated more than 20,000 students from over 100 countries on campus in the United States, France, Germany and Spain.

Schiller International University Application & Admission Requirements

Pre-Master and Undergraduate Preparation

Pre-Master / Bridge Program:

For Whom? Those who have completed their undergraduate studies in a different field other than business administration/economics but want to do an MBA or Master of International Business Administration at Schiller and those who lack ECTS (credits).

Structure: Before starting graduate courses, bridge courses covering basic business, finance and management modules are taken.

Undergraduate Preparation (Foundation / Pathway):

For Whom? International students whose high school education is not sufficient for direct undergraduate admission or whose academic English background is lacking.

Structure: Basic academic courses based on the American curriculum and intensive English preparatory education are given.

Undergraduate (Bachelor)

Who is Applicable to? Those who want to receive education with the American model in fields such as International Business, International Relations, Digital Marketing or Health Management.

Application Requirements:

High School Diploma and Transcript.

YKS Placement Certificate (For applications from Türkiye, it is recommended to be placed in a 4-year undergraduate program).

English Proficiency: IELTS min. 6.0, TOEFL iBT min. 80 or Duolingo min. 95 - 105 level.

Motivation Letter, CV and Online Admission Interview.

Master's Degree (Master / MBA)

Who is Applicable to? Graduates who want to specialize in MBA, International Business, Data Analytics or International Relations and get a double degree.

Application Requirements:

4-year Undergraduate Diploma and Transcript approved by YÖK (GPA min. 2.5 / 4.0 recommended).

English Proficiency: IELTS min. 6.5, TOEFL iBT min. 80-85 or Duolingo equivalence.

Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Motivation Letter.

Letter of Recommendation (1-2 pieces) and Online Interview.
