Pilot training is conducted entirely in Russian. For this reason, it is recommended that international students who do not speak Russian first take a 1-year Russian preparatory (Preparatory Faculty/Foundation) education. The preparatory program focuses on academic Russian, technical terminology and basic science courses. Students who successfully complete the preparation can apply to the pilotage program.




About the Department

Pilotage training is carried out in the Flight Operation area of ??the university. During the training, students make practical flights with modern training aircraft, receive training in full mission simulators and reach the proficiency to work in the civil aviation sector after graduation.

If Failed in the Entrance Exam

If you fail to meet the application requirements or have health/academic disabilities. Candidates who fail the evaluation are not accepted to the program. Re-application may be made in the next application period.

Health Requirement

Pilot candidates must meet the health criteria determined by the Russian civil aviation authorities and successfully pass the aviation health examination. Psychological fitness assessment is also part of the admission process.
