Lancaster University Leipzig is the official campus of Lancaster University, one of England's prestigious public universities, in Germany. Lancaster University's preparatory program is offered on campus by the Lancaster University International Study Centre.

The duration of the program is 1 academic year (approximately 9–12 months).

It aims to prepare international students academically and linguistically for undergraduate education.

The training includes courses in academic English, study skills and the selected field.

Students gain the right to transfer to the relevant Lancaster University undergraduate program if they meet the specified academic success and English requirements.

However, there is no direct transfer from this preparatory program for the Medicine (MBChB) program. For medical education, the university's medical admission process (UCAT, interview and other admission requirements) must also be completed.
