Founded in 1954, Woosong University is part of the Woosong Education Foundation in Daejeon, South Korea. With over 12,000 students and over 700 professors, the university has a strong reputation for excellence in education, teaching and practice.
Woosong University offers a specialized curriculum that combines theory and practice. The university has three international schools: SolBridge School of International Business, Endicott College of International Studies, and JW Kim College of Future Studies. In these schools, all courses are taught entirely in English by distinguished international professors. Woosong University also has four faculties that offer courses in Korean and partly in English: School of Railway Transportation, School of Software and Integrated Technology, School of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, and School of Public Health and Welfare.
Woosong University is ranked first among Korean universities in the Times Higher Education rankings. The Global MBA program is ranked 42nd among Asian universities in the QS world rankings. It is approved by the Korean Ministry of Education. 70% of its graduates find jobs in Korea.
